Impact. As the General Mahamatra, Cyno leads the Matra and strikes fear
into the hearts of researchers of the Sumeru Akademiya.

The General Mahamatra is in responsible of overseeing the Akademiya’s
researchers. According to legend, the General Mahamatra is even more
effective than the “Great Vayuvyastra” created by the Kshahrewar when he
gets to work.

Cyno is an arrogant, stern, and usually emotionless young man who
approaches his role as a matra with a harshness and viciousness that
makes him terrifying and unapproachable. His brutal efficiency in
maintaining the law is well known across Sumeru, and he has no need for
manners or social events.
