When Buzz was younger, he also developed a fixation with toy weapons. He
requested a Ranger-X Big Blue Rocket that fired actual flames for his
sixth birthday but was instead given socks, which he never quite
recovered from. He lost believing in Santa Claus when he was nine years
old because he wanted a Retro Rocket Racer with actual flashing lights
(and a functional laser), but he didn’t get one for The Holiday. He was
never given the present from Santa since he accidentally hurt his cat
Fluffy with a blaster after obtaining one, demonstrating his reckless
behavior with such toys.

When he enrolled in the Space Ranger Academy and became a Junior Space
Ranger is unknown.
